As a psychotherapist, I have seen the very best and worst seasons that life has a tendency to take us through. Therapy provides a safe place to explore the unspoken. I empower my clients to overcome personal obstacles through exploring unhealthy patterns that are not serving them.

I use an integrative approach, I assist in creating new and better stories for the scars that are still impacting you in the present. I will be there to support you as we explore issues like, anxiety, fear, shame, confusion and other emotions that surface in challenging times. It is my desire as a therapist to help you re-envision a life for yourself that serves you better.

  • Individual Therapy

    I help individuals increase their confidence and self-worth, set and maintain health boundaries, develop tools to manage their anxiety and manage important relationships

  • Couples Therapy

    I help couples understand the unhelpful communication patterns that are impacting the relationship and identify the underlying cycle that is keeping them stuck and help them make intentional changes toward a deeper connection.

  • Teen 15+

    I help teens regulate their emotions, manage their anxiety and work on developing better communications skills, and manage difficult peer dynamics.

How it works

Step 1

Book a 20-minute complimentary meeting with a therapist, to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it so you can decide if our approach is the right fit for you.

Step 2

If it feels like a good fit, the therapist will help you schedule your first session (50 minutes in length). In this session they will gather more relevant history and information from you, you don’t need to prepare for this and together you will develop clear, concreate goals that you both will work towards during therapy.
